Mytheresa is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented App Experience Intern to support our team in Munich.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute app communication campaigns, including push notifications and in-app messages.
- Analyze and create weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for our campaigns.
- Research new app communication placements to enhance customer journey and user experience.
- Support the App Experience Team in daily tasks, such as communication campaigns, Apple Search Ads optimization, and App Store Optimization.
- Assist with app release support and testing.
Requirements:
- Student or recent graduate of business studies, marketing, or e-commerce.
- First practical work experience, preferably in e-commerce, app/mobile marketing, or digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of app/mobile marketing is an advantage.
- High online affinity and keen sense for e-commerce trends.
- Attention to detail and capacity to take responsibility.
- Excellent English knowledge, written and spoken.
