Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Teamwork: Collaborate with the Department Manager to provide comprehensive support to our colleagues. Your modern leadership style and performance evaluations help develop a cooperative team spirit, enabling us to achieve our goals together.
- Performance Tracking and KPI Analysis: Monitor your team's performance using KPIs, enabling strategic decisions. Targeted employee coaching ensures our success.
- Customer Excellence: Utilize your expertise in delivering exceptional customer service to ensure our sales floors are staffed with competent representatives, providing an outstanding customer experience.
- Creative Event Planning: Apply your creativity and organizational skills to plan and execute customer events and sales promotions.
- Customer Loyalty: Play an active role in our customer retention program, developing innovative strategies to engage and retain our loyal customers.
Requirements:
- With a commercial education or extensive experience, preferably in the luxury segment, you possess the necessary expertise.
- Your leadership style is characterized by a respectful and clear communication approach.
- You have an excellent sense of trends and possess good brand and industry knowledge.
- Your interactions with customers and colleagues are marked by high sensitivity and empathy.
- You are familiar with business metrics and use MS Office effectively.
- You have secure German and good English language skills, particularly for communication with external partners.
