Was Du erwartet:
- Du verantwortest als Führungskraft die Zielerreichung Deiner Filiale und setzt die Strategie der Vodafone GmbH um.
- Du bist zuständig für das Coaching von Verkaufsabläufen in der Filiale und gibst erfolgreiche Vertriebstechniken an das Team weiter.
- Du kontrollierst die Vodafone Qualitätsstandards und setzt diese in der Filiale um.
- Du bist verantwortlich für das ordnungsgemäße Erscheinungsbild und den ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb der Filiale.
- Du kontrollierst den täglichen Filial-Check und kümmerst Dich um die wöchentliche Inventur sowie die Prüfung der Lagerbestände nach Vorgabe der Kassenlinien.
- Du verantwortest die Aus- und Weiterbildung der Mitarbeiter:innen.
Was Du auszeichnet:
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Berufsausbildung
- Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel bzw. in der Telekommunikationsbranche
- Führungserfahrung und ein Talent für die Führung von Mitarbeiter:innen
- Gute IT- und Datenkenntnisse sowie eine unstillbare Neugier auf neue Produkte und Technologien
- Ein gutes Ausdrucksvermögen, Verhandlungsgeschick sowie eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung zeichnen Dich aus
Diese Stelle kann in Vollzeit oder vollzeitnaher Teilzeit (mind. 30 Stunden) ausgeübt werden.
