About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. in Frankfurt am Main. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the development of our automotive products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange weekly internal Project Management meetings and create meeting minutes.
  • Report monthly Project status and inform all relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage the Project Management System (PMS) including project registration and creating WBS (Work Breakdown Structure).
  • Create internal weekly reports and weekly reports for Headquarters.
  • Establish project schedules for each vehicle and monitor milestones.
  • Control tasks according to the project schedule and adjust timelines as necessary.
  • Execute the preparation, collection, updating, and following-up of the agenda for PM meetings.
  • Support problem-solving for bottlenecks and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Identify, collect, analyze, and create requests to acquire assets for the Accessories Development Team.
  • Forecast and allocate the budget for accessory development assets.
