Key Responsibilities- Optimize sales processes in Germany to improve efficiency and productivity
- Implement and manage HubSpot CRM tool to ensure seamless data management and reporting
- Drive the adoption of our dealer portal in Germany to enhance sales team collaboration and customer engagement
- Develop and implement sales strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to plan and execute trade shows, events, and local promotional activities
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant work experience
