Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Fachmann für Full-Stack-Architektur, der unsere IBM Health Platform in Vollzeit innerhalb Deutschlands unterstützt. Als Teil unseres engagierten Teams von rund 300 Mitarbeitenden, die derzeit schon an der IBM Health Platform arbeiten und unsere ehrgeizigen Wachstumspläne unterstützen, gestaltest du aktiv zukunftsweisende Lösungen im dynamischen und strategisch wichtigen HealthCare-Bereich mit. In einem anspruchsvollen Umfeld setzt du neue Maßstäbe und trittst zur Digitalisierung des deutschen Gesundheitswesens bei.

Aufgaben
  • Als Fachmann für Full-Stack-Architektur leitest du die strategische Ausrichtung der anstehenden Technologieentscheidungen und agierst als Ansprechperson für technische Fragen
  • Du wählst die geeignete Technologie für das entsprechende Projekt aus, integrierst sie in das System und berücksichtigst dabei Faktoren wie Performance, Sicherheit und Kosten
  • Weiterhin optimierst du die Leistung des Systems, indem du Engpässe identifizierst und Lösungen entwickelst, um die Effizienz und Geschwindigkeit zu verbessern
  • Du behältst die Sicherheits- und Datenschutzanforderungen stets im Blick, indem du Sicherheitsmaßnahmen implementierst und so das System vor Bedrohungen schützt
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Entwicklungs-, Design-, und DevOps-Teams zusammen
Profil
  • Du besitzt mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Full-Stack-Anwendungen – im Frontend in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript sowie React, Angular oder Vue.js und im Backend in Node.js, Java, Python oder Ruby
  • Du hast Erfahrung in Microservices-Architekturen und deren Skalierung
  • Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in der Arbeit mit Datenbanken (SQL, NoSQL), wie PostgreSQL, CouchDB, MariaDB
  • Idealerweise bringst du bereits Zertifizierungen wie z.B. Red Hat Certified OpenShift
  • Architect, AWS Certified Architect oder Certified Kubernetes Administrator mit
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit Infrastructure-as-Code Tools (z.B. Terraform)
  • Du bringst Expertise im Bereich CI/CD-Pipelines und Automatisierungstools (Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions) ein
  • Du bist mit den Konzepten von Confidential Computing, TrustedExecution Environments und Zero Trust Security vertraut
  • Du hast idealerweise schon fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im deutschen Gesundheitswesen und insbesondere mit der Telematik-Infrastruktur
  • Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Systeme zu analysieren, zu bewerten und effiziente Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Du bringst bereits Führungserfahrung mit und bist in der Lage, Entwicklungsprozesse zu leiten und dein Team zu motivieren
  • Darüber hinaus zeichnet dich deine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit aus
  • Du hast idealerweise ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Informationstechnologie oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
