Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Power Distribution System Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing cutting-edge power distribution solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Guide the team in developing innovative power distribution solutions, leveraging your extensive technical expertise.
- Project Delivery: Oversee on-time, cost-effective, and quality deliveries of power distribution projects, ensuring solutions meet and exceed expectations.
- Team Management: Skillfully manage team resources, including human assets and budget allocation, optimizing performance and project success.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Provide comprehensive leadership, mentor team members, and foster their growth and development.
- Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with other Team Leads and Heads of Departments, harmonizing efforts for unparalleled outcomes.
Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering
- Extensive experience in power distribution system development
- Aerospace experience: Proven expertise in aerospace applications, aligning power distribution systems with industry standards.
- Leadership experience: Demonstrated track record of leading engineering teams to success, shaping both projects and professionals.
- Technical expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of cutting-edge power distribution technologies, methodologies, and design principles.
- Problem-solving: Profound capability to unravel intricate technical puzzles and devise innovative solutions.
- Strategic thinking: Ability to strategically plan and manage resources to ensure efficient project execution.
