Head of Salesforce Operations

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Salesforce Operations to join our team at StaffHost digital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our Salesforce team and driving the growth and expansion of our Salesforce presence in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce Specialists to deliver outstanding results and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand and grow our Salesforce presence in Germany, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize Salesforce solutions and drive business outcomes.
  • Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and development within the team, and provide opportunities for growth and professional development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading large teams of Salesforce Specialists and driving business growth.
  • Strong background in expanding and building up teams in Germany, with a deep understanding of the local market and business landscape.
  • Fluency in German is a must, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications are highly desirable, with expertise in Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud within Salesforce.
