GULP – experts united is seeking a dedicated and skilled Pharmaceutical Technician to join our team in Jena. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to contribute to the development and production of innovative pharmaceuticals within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from preparing sterile dosage forms to operating and monitoring sophisticated sterilization and cleaning systems.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues in the production of sterile dosage forms, encompassing product preparation and filling processes.
  • Execute precise weighing and complex preparation procedures, adhering to strict protocols.
  • Operate and monitor various sterilization and cleaning systems, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to GMP guidelines.
  • Assemble and disassemble equipment used in preparation, filling, and cleaning processes, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Conduct filter testing and distillation of starting substances for the production of sterile dosage forms, contributing to the quality control process.
  • Implement in-process controls throughout the manufacturing cycle, ensuring adherence to established standards.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive GMP-compliant documentation in manufacturing protocols, machine logs, and shift reports.
  • Proactively identify potential problems during production and implement effective solutions, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement.
Your Profile:
  • Possess a completed training as a pharmaceutical technician, chemical technician, chemical laboratory technician, or CTA.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of medicinal product manufacturing processes and GMP principles.
  • Exhibit proficiency in PC skills and possess excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Maintain a high level of reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail in executing assigned tasks.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to achieving team goals.
