Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Advertising to join our dynamic team at KoRo Handels GmbH. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive advertising strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute advertising strategies aligned with our business objectives, set KPIs and budgets, and conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all marketing campaigns, including TV, OOH, search, influencer marketing, and paid social.
  • Marketing Attribution and Tracking: Continuously challenge and optimize our marketing multi-touch attribution model to drive business decisions.
  • Customer Retention: Challenge our CRM department to optimize retention and customer experience.
  • Team Leadership: Build and develop a team of advertising professionals and provide mentorship and coaching.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of Performance Marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce (B2C and/or DTC).
  • Excellent command of English, German, French, or Italian skills a plus.
  • Proven track record in leading high-performing advertising teams.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including CRM, paid social, search, display, programmatic, and influencer marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with offline marketing channels, particularly TV, OOH, and billboards in European markets.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as GA4 and multi-touch attribution.
