Electrical Engineering Team Lead for E-Mobility Innovation

We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineering professional to join our team as a Team Lead for Concept Engineering Technology Development in E-Mobility. As a key member of our technology development team, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical experts in developing cutting-edge SiC-MOSFET, Si-IGBT, and diode chip technologies across various Infineon sites.
About the Role:
- Lead a high-performing team of technical experts in concept engineering technology development for E-Mobility.
- Set technical direction and strategy for SiC and Si power device technologies in electro-mobility.
- Hire and onboard new team members in a fast-growing team.
- Shape the future growth of your team in accordance with the strategic needs of the electro-mobility market and global cross-divisional development teams.
- Manage interfaces with various stakeholders within ATV and across.
- Foster continuous improvement of development methods within your team and the greater development community.
About You:
- A degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or similar fields, preferably with a PhD.
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in the area of chip technology development.
- Solid technical understanding of power electronic device physics, wafer technology development, and semiconductor processing.
- Proactive mindset with strong communication and moderation skills to align between various stakeholders.
- The ability to understand and structure complex situations: manage crisis situations, consolidate, and present to senior management level.
- Convincing communication skills and a connecting personality to work successfully with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent English skills; German is a plus.

- Competitive salary, estimated at €120,000 - €180,000 per year, based on location and performance.
