Product Innovation Specialist

We are building Europe's leading energy software platform, Heartbeat, to revolutionize the global energy sector. As a Product Innovation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and delivering relevant energy services to our end customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategically advancing our product portfolio by working closely with internal stakeholders to identify and validate new products and services
- Taking responsibility from the outset by developing end-to-end product strategies, conducting market research, evaluating market trends, and calculating and writing business cases
- Internationalizing and scaling existing products by customizing and scaling live products for a broader customer base and accelerating our expansion into international markets
We are looking for a highly skilled individual with a strong interest in innovation and a passion for driving change. You should have excellent language skills in English and German, be detail-oriented, and have experience in fast-paced environments with insights into product innovation, consulting, or related areas.

We offer a one-stop-shop for selling, installing, and optimizing photovoltaics, electricity storage, heat pumps, and charging stations to our customers, significantly increasing the profitability of these systems.
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Completed studies and/or in a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's with at least 6 months of availability
- Motivated individual with a strong interest in innovation and a passion for driving change
- Experience in working with Google Sheets/Excel to understand the cost and revenue structure of products and services
- Experience in working with Google Slides/Presentation to create insightful slides summarizing the outcome of work
- Excellent language skills in English and German (C1/C2) and excellent communication skills with various internal/external stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and able to oversee multiple projects while managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations
- Problem solver who can easily adapt to changing environments
- Relevant experience in fast-paced environments with insights into product innovation, consulting, or related areas
