About the Role

Sanoptis AG is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Management Lead to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our financial resources and cash flows, contributing to the optimization of our financial resources, and supporting us in achieving our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective liquidity planning and cash flow management strategies
  • Monitor and manage our financial resources, including cash and cash equivalents
  • Collaborate with our clinic managers and external partners to ensure timely interest payments and optimize our financial resources
  • Implement and manage cash pooling structures to improve our financial efficiency
  • Manage and monitor the utilization of financing facilities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our banks and other financial institutions
  • Lead the Treasury team and report directly to the CFO
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in treasury management, preferably including experience with leveraged finance structures
  • Experience in implementing and managing cash pooling structures, upstream/downstream cash movements, and working with treasury management systems
  • Solution-oriented team player with good communication skills
  • Strong affinity for IT and numbers, as well as analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working
  • Willingness to travel (3-5 days per month) for meetings with operational stakeholders
  • Degree in economics with a focus on business administration, accounting, finance, or a comparable qualification
  • Confident in handling MS Office, especially Excel
  • Fluent German (at least C1 level), very good written and spoken English skills
