Wir suchen eine/n Facility Service Koordinator*in (m/w/d) für unsere Dienstleistungsgruppe in Ludwigshafen am Rhein.

Als Facility Service Koordinator*in (m/w/d) werden Sie Teil unseres erfolgreichen Teams und werden für die Betreuung von Kundenobjekten im Bereich der Gebäudeverwaltung verantwortlich sein.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Die eigenverantwortliche Betreuung von Kundenobjekten im Bereich der Gebäudeverwaltung.
  • Die Erstellung von individuellen Angeboten und Kalkulationen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilungsleitung.
  • Die Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Reinigungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen.
  • Die regelmäßige Qualitätskontrolle und das Feedbackgespräch mit den Kunden zur Sicherstellung der Dienstleistungsqualität.
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Facility Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Objektbetreuung oder im Facility Management ist von Vorteil.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen und idealerweise Erfahrung mit branchenspezifischer Software.
