Your Role
As a Senior Workplace MDM Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and security of our mobile device infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing mobile endpoints (iOS/iPadOS/Android) across our large-scale enterprise environment.
- Design, deploy, and manage mobile endpoints (iOS/iPadOS/Android), ensuring optimal performance and security within a complex enterprise setting.
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of Microsoft Intune configurations for mobile endpoint management and software distribution.
- Develop and maintain scripts to automate tasks, streamline processes, and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Proactively monitor and address mobile endpoint-related incidents and performance issues to maintain a high level of service stability.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in endpoint management, security, and automation.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering their professional growth and development within the field.
Your Profile
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with a proven track record in mobile device management.
- Solid experience in building and managing Microsoft Intune environments.
- Extensive experience managing iOS/iPadOS devices using MS Intune.
- Knowledge of managing Android devices with SOTI.
- Familiarity with other management tools such as JAMF.
- A user-centric mindset, prioritizing the needs and experiences of end users.
- Experience working in a large-scale, complex IT environment.
- Strong automation skills to optimize processes and workflows.
- In-depth understanding of various device management environments and their dependencies on other products.
- Proven ability to coordinate and communicate complex tasks effectively.
- Experience in operational technology harmonization.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
