Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI Designer to join our team on a long-term freelance basis. As a Senior UI Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our software products, working closely with our development team to ensure seamless design and development processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design new SaaS products from scratch, incorporating feature requirements and user feedback
  • Develop new features for existing SaaS products, ensuring consistency and coherence
  • Conduct thorough product research to inform design decisions and drive innovation
  • Create interactive prototypes to visualize user flows and test design concepts
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure successful design handoffs and effective implementation
  • Review and provide feedback on pull requests to ensure high-quality design and functionality
  • Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in product design or UI design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs
  • High proficiency in English, both in writing and speaking
  • Strong understanding of design principles and modern design conventions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to reason design decisions and provide clear explanations
