Lead a High-Performing Payments Team at ECE

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Payments Management Team Lead to join our dynamic team at ECE. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of approximately 10 employees, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all payments-related processes.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Team Development and Management: Guide and mentor your team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Support individual growth and development to enhance team performance.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze daily tasks, particularly manual booking of incoming payments, and implement strategies for efficient delegation within the team. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Reporting and Transparency: Establish robust reporting structures to ensure clear visibility and traceability of all payments-related processes. Provide timely and accurate reports to stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to facilitate seamless communication and ensure the smooth flow of information related to payments management.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all tasks within Payments Management are completed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field with proven experience in team leadership.
  • Proficiency in SAP FI and familiarity with SAP S/4HANA. Experience with ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to effectively address challenges.
  • Goal-oriented and capable of demonstrating assertiveness in demanding situations.
  • Fluent in English.
