About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Controlling Manager to join our team at IFCO Systems. As a key member of our commercial finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
  • Partner with commercial teams to design and implement commercial proposals that maximize returns and minimize financial risk.
  • Lead the financial planning and reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive commercial and financial projects that align with our business strategy.
  • Provide valuable insights to senior management and local teams through data analysis and financial modeling.
Requirements
  • University degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in commercial finance, sales controlling, or a comparable analytical finance-driven role.
  • Prior experience in CAPEX-driven or pooling businesses, or data analytics is a plus.
  • Deep skills in Microsoft Excel and understanding of financials and financial modeling.
  • Understanding of profit and loss statements.
  • Fluent in English; additional European language desired.
