Responsibilities
- Rescue of people
- Implementation of fire extinguishing measures, depending on the situation
- Implementation of technical assistance
- Use of hazardous substances and materials
- Training and further education, particularly for the part-time plant fire brigade
- Inspection of fire protection equipment at the site
- Repair of fire protection equipment at the site
- Maintenance and care of fire brigade equipment/vehicles in accordance with manufacturer's specifications or special instructions from the plant fire brigade
- Compliance with company guidelines and regulations, such as occupational safety, environmental protection, and cleanliness and order in the work environment
Requirements
- Successful completion of training as a plant fire brigade member (IHK or BI) (m/w/d)
- Fire service suitability in accordance with the principle G.26.3
- Valid driver's license for classes B and C
- Willingness to undergo continuous further education and training and to work in a 24-hour shift system
- High service orientation and resilience, as well as well-developed communication and team skills
- Economical behavior in terms of material and time usage is characterized by a high, economically driven focus
