Pricing Manager Job Description

E3 World is a leading service provider in the field of live marketing, trade shows, and events. We offer professional consulting services for new hybrid event concepts with digital content. Our Corporate Strategy Department at our Headquarters in Frankfurt am Main is looking for a Pricing Manager to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a pricing strategy for our services and segments, considering internal business objectives and external challenges.
  • Define and optimize pricing structures for project and service business, ensuring target achievement.
  • Assess current pricing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement standardized price setting and price getting processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and change management.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in business administration, business engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B-pricing management, ideally from a pricing management consultancy.
  • Strong knowledge of price methodologies and commercial processes.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Change management skills to drive process adoption and manage resistance to change.
  • Fluency in English and German is a must.
