We are looking for you to join the EMB Energie Brandenburg GmbH team at our Michendorf location for the Ausbildung (training) program.

• From the 2nd training year, we offer a 13th monthly salary in November.
• You will receive a subsidy for lunch and a Pluxee-gift card for shopping in various stores, which is refilled monthly.
• We cover the costs for an ÖPNV-Azubiticket, your schoolbooks, and exam preparation.
• You will receive 30 days of vacation + December 24th and 31st are free, and you can prepare better for the final exams, as we will pay you for 2 days.
• If you perform well during the training, we will take you on in an unlimited employment contract after successful completion.

Your Area:

• During your 3-year training, theory and practice alternate almost weekly. You will spend one week at the Oberstufenzentrum 2 (OSZ2) in Potsdam and then two weeks in the company.
• During the practical phases, you will work in the daily business and in projects with a commercial focus together with your colleagues on an equal footing. You will regularly change the departments and can bring in your wishes for deployment.
• During the practical phases, you will gain insights into the areas of energy trading, purchasing, (event) marketing, sales, personnel, accounting and financial affairs, as well as controlling.

Your Energy:

• You are curious and want to contribute to the energy transition.
• You work just as well in a team as we do.
• You bring a driving license of class B.
• You have acquired the advanced vocational qualification with good results in mathematics and German or have successfully completed your (vocational) baccalaureate.
