As a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Expert, you'll play a crucial role in managing, supporting, and optimizing our SuccessFactors EC module. Your expertise will ensure seamless employee experiences and align our HR processes with cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-depth technical and functional support for the SuccessFactors Employee Central module, troubleshooting configuration issues, performance problems, and user errors.
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of the EC module, including data management, security settings, workflows, and role-based permissions.
  • Oversee integrations between SuccessFactors EC and other HR modules (e.g., Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals) and external systems (e.g., payroll, benefits).
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance SuccessFactors EC functionality, streamline processes, and leverage new features and updates.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes to the EC module.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of EC configurations, customizations, and integration processes.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in computer science, information technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on Employee Central.
  • Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting within SuccessFactors.
  • Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central module functionalities, data models, and configuration tools.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SuccessFactors EC.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in both German and English languages.
