We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our fleet management team as a Fleet Leader. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for logistics and transportation, we encourage you to apply.

Your Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain a fleet of vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of 5-7.5 tons
  • Plan and optimize routes for efficient delivery and collection
  • Coordinate the deployment of personnel and resources to meet business needs
  • Ensure the safe and timely delivery of our bakery products
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles

Your Profile

  • Valid driving licenses for categories B, C, and C1
  • Experience in transportation management or logistics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in German language
