Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect to join our team at Hornetsecurity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Microsoft 365-based solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement Microsoft 365 tenant settings and policies using PowerShell scripts.
- Develop and uphold governance policies and best practices for utilizing Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Configure O365 workloads such as Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPlatform, and Endpoint Manager.
- Ensure optimal adaptation and configuration of M365 Built-in Security and Compliance to customer requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Completed IT vocational training or a comparable degree with professional experience in the IT field.
- Experience with M365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and EMS.
- Knowledge of PowerShell, Graph API, and the M365 Admin Portal.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing with PowerShell, as well as integration with SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Entra, Endpoint Manager, or Defender.
- Microsoft M365 certifications or other relevant qualifications are highly regarded.
- Preferred 'Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert'.
- Proficient in working with and managing Managed Service Providers, with a solid understanding of Office 365 applications, services, and architecture.
- Deep understanding of how settings and policies are managed within Microsoft 365 tenants in a large-scale enterprise environment.
