**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our Technical Centre Warehouse located in Germany. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our company.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement the warehouse setup and execute the day-to-day activities.
- Facilitate and implement the facility setup, including security, secure area for part storage, internet setup, procuring kitchen and office furniture and supplies, warehouse equipment and supplies.
- Work with other Multimatic facilities to implement established part management procedures used at other GT3 locations.
- Conduct daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping and receiving, and customer service.
- Manage and complete logistics for transporting products to our European customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages.
- Receipt of deliveries with entry into Racing Connected inventory software as received.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with local regulations.
- Management of the company van and support trailer by ensuring yearly certification and compliance checks are completed.
**Requirements**
- Logistics master / foreman with IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce) qualification required.
- 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics' management role is required.
- Must be fluent in German and English (read, write, and speak).
- Experience inputting data and working within an inventory software is required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office with at least an intermediate level of understanding and experience with Excel.
- Experience in German employee regulations.
