Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Project Manager to join our team at Dr. Oetker / Cameo. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and supporting various finance projects, acting as a liaison between IT and Accounting departments, and driving continuous improvement in digital finance processes.

  • Lead and actively support individual and cross-functional finance projects
  • Responsible for project management in the Digital Finance & Governance sector
  • Support in defining business requirements and developing international finance processes
  • Identify best practices and implement process improvement initiatives
  • Act as an independent partner within the organization
  • Assist international subsidiaries in accounting issues and system mapping
  • Collaborate with auditors and external consultants

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting/Finance or equivalent
  • Several years of experience in a similar role or in a auditing firm
  • Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach
  • Excellent knowledge of HGB accounting
  • Technical proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA FI and CO, BW, SAC, or MS Power BI
  • Experience in agile project environments
  • Flexibility, teamwork, and international collaboration skills
  • Fluency in German and English
