Maintenance Mechanic Plumber Berlin

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic Plumber to join our team at the Embassy of the United States Berlin. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance and repair work on critical and non-critical mechanical and plumbing systems throughout our compound.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including office buildings, residential areas, recreational facilities, and other properties. You will work closely with our facilities management team to identify and prioritize maintenance tasks, and implement repairs and replacements as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You must also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
We offer a competitive salary range of €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including German Social Security, a performance-related bonus system, an employer-sponsored pension scheme, paid public holidays, and generous vacation entitlements.
