Multimedia Content Manager

U.S. Army Europe and Africa seeks a highly skilled Multimedia Content Manager to oversee all aspects of multimedia content for the ADL/SET course portfolio on NSO Learning Management Systems (LMSs). This includes designing, developing, and publishing multimedia content using the NSO multimedia studio and other available tools, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with required NSO instruction standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all multimedia aspects of the ADL/SET course portfolio on NSO Learning Management Systems (LMSs).
• Design and develop ADL multimedia content, including video recording, editing, and publishing.
• Provide first-level support to NSO staff members, speakers, and SMEs with DL multimedia design and development.
• Design, implement, and maintain new and existing LMS media format features.
• Work with SET/ADL staff members on coordinating technology relationships with NATO/PfP and National Education and Training Facilities (ETFs).

Requirements

• English Language Proficiency Level B2 required.
• Office automation skills required, including Microsoft Office.
• Must be a citizen of a NATO member state and able to establish residency with permission to work in Germany before or within the probationary period.
