About the Role

Vestas Deutschland is seeking a highly skilled SCADA Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SCADA and power plant systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Design and Implementation: Develop and implement SCADA and power plant system designs, specifications, and configurations in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Documentation and Testing: Create and maintain SCADA and power plant system documentation, including as-built documentation, and develop test documentation for the complete SCADA system.
  • Cooperation and Teamwork: Collaborate with SCADA specialists, network specialists, and hardware engineers to ensure seamless system integration and operation.
  • Commissioning and Installation: Oversee commissioning tasks at customer sites and install SCADA panels at sub-stations, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.
Requirements
  • Electro-Technical Background: Hold a degree in electro-technical or electrical engineering, with a strong theoretical and practical foundation.
  • SCADA Experience: Possess practical experience with SCADA technologies, panel building, and grid calculations.
  • Technical Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in industrial automation, including design and implementation of SCADA and electrical control systems.
  • Documentation Skills: Have knowledge and experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation for SCADA, network, process control, and data exchange-related installations.
  • Language Skills: Fluently speak English.
