Senior Creative Producer

Join a dynamic team at flora&faunavisions GmbH, a leading international multimedia design studio. As a Senior Creative Producer, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering extraordinary immersive experiences and live entertainment events. Your collaborative spirit and expertise will transform innovative ideas into awe-inspiring realities, managing projects from concept to final execution. Key Responsibilities:

* Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of immersive projects within set timelines and budgets, integrating insights and inputs from peers.
* Resource Allocation: Strategically allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and budgets, in consultation with peers, to ensure successful project completion.
* Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in collaboration with the team, devising and implementing strategies to mitigate them for project success.
* Client Relations: Maintain communication with clients alongside peers, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
* Team Coordination: Work closely with the creative team, including Creative Directors, as well as other professionals, to ensure efficient workflows and successful project execution.
* Logistics and Operations: Handle logistical aspects collaboratively with peers, including scheduling, contracts, and vendor relationships, to ensure a seamless production process.

Qualifications:

* At least 3 years of experience in creative production, preferably in immersive experiences, live events, or entertainment.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.
* Strong organizational, project management, and collaborative skills.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and client relations abilities.
* Familiarity with design and production software.
* Fluency in German and English.
