Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Chemiker als QA-Manager to join our team at Siegfried. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in the production of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and intermediates.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementing and maintaining quality management systems to ensure compliance with cGMP and SHE standards
- Coordinating with production, quality control, and regulatory departments to ensure seamless quality processes
- Evaluating suppliers and service providers to ensure their quality meets our standards
- Conducting root cause analyses to identify and resolve quality issues
- Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance our processes
Requirements
- Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Chemical Engineering
- Proven experience in quality management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and quality management systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Fluency in German and English
