Household Caregiver

As a Domestic Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals in need of assistance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering essential household services such as cleaning, grocery shopping, and preparing nutritious meals.
• Accompanying clients to various social events and activities, including cinema visits and local festivals.
• Providing personalized care to individuals in their homes or during outings, offering support to their families during weekdays and weekends.

• A genuine passion for and respect towards individuals with diverse support requirements, along with qualities of reliability, sociability, and empathy.
• The ability to work autonomously, efficiently planning and executing tasks.
• Adherence to legal standards regarding violence prevention.
• A valid Class B driver's license.
• Upon employment, the provision of an enhanced police clearance certificate and a health certificate.

• Competitive salary starting at €2,290/month for full-time positions: We ensure timely payments on the 15th of each month, in accordance with the labor contract guidelines of Diakonie Mitteldeutschland. Salaries increase automatically based on your experience, duration of employment, and agreed-upon salary adjustments.
