About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team at nicos Gruppe, a leading provider of secure global data communication solutions.
  • As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and secure operation of our customers' networks and international locations.
  • You will analyze operational disruptions and develop effective solutions to resolve issues, driving continuous improvement.
  • Proactive problem prevention and maintaining open communication with customers are key aspects of this role.
  • You will optimize, automate, and document processes as part of your daily responsibilities.
About You

  • You have a degree in Computer Science or a related field and possess relevant experience in network technology.
  • Prior experience with Cisco or Fortinet technologies is highly desirable.
  • You are open to new ideas, technically inclined, and committed to ongoing learning and improvement.
  • You possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • You are proficient in both German and English languages, spoken and written.
