Sales Associate/Entry-Level Sales Representative

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate/Entry-Level Sales Representative (gn) to join our team on a part-time basis (25 hours/week). As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers in our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and sales support to customers in our retail store.
  • Process transactions, handle customer inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail sales experience is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
