Job Title: Teamlead Software Development

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Teamlead Software Development to join our international team at Danfoss. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of software developers and contributing to the development of our global software solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of software developers in the design, development, and testing of front- and microservice-based backend components using C# and.NET Core Framework.
  • Refine software requirements, provide development estimates, and design and implement software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code to support the roadmap from maintenance to new feature/product development.
  • Participate in 2nd/3rd Level support for our global software solution.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Information Technology or a comparable field.
  • Several years of experience in using C# and.NET Core Framework, as well as databases (e.g., MS-SQL or Oracle).
  • Leadership experience in an international matrix environment.
  • Experience in working with Containers (e.g., Docker).
  • Fluency in English and German.
