Our core competence lies in express delivery, as well as logistics solutions for the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, consumer electronics, and other high-value industries. We provide both package and pallet delivery services nationally and internationally, covering the entire logistics chain from active temperature control to hazardous goods transportation, time-sensitive shipments, direct deliveries, and warehousing.
Your Role
- Monitor and control pickups
- Oversee and manage drivers (operational instructions)
- Collect and manage cash on delivery
- Tour preparation, tour support, and tour control
- Handle complaints
- Provide customer service via phone
- Perform other general administrative tasks
What We're Looking For
- A completed commercial vocational training, preferably in logistics
- Experience in a comparable position is an asset
- Experience in transportation and logistics management is desirable
- High level of reliability, teamwork, willingness to engage, and resilience
- Excellent communication skills, goal-oriented, and structured work approach
- Very good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications and very good German language skills in writing and speaking
