M&A IT Program Manager

The M&A IT Program within Business Transformation Management supports Merger and Acquisition deals and the current De-Investment pipeline of Uniper. As the PMO, you will support M&A IT Project managers to execute IT-related M&A projects end-to-end in all project phases:
- Work closely with M&A IT Project Managers and support their daily operations
- Take on tasks from M&A IT Project Managers and take over responsibility for project management deliverables (e.g., tracking sheets, budget overviews)
- Prepare, organize, moderate, and document meetings
- Support internal and external stakeholder management, maintain program delivery roadmap, and reporting (time, quality, cost, and risks)
- Ensure adherence to the M&A IT framework for all IT M&A projects
- Support project managers to adhere to all relevant IT governance processes
- Maintain the overall program budget and resource forecast
Key qualifications include 3-4 years of experience in supporting IT projects, excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, experience in project management, and strong analytical skills. Experience in M&A IT transactions and knowledge of the Uniper IT structure, processes, and governance are beneficial.
