Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be a key member of our team, dedicated to providing excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, handling transactions efficiently, and supporting the team in achieving sales goals.
- Welcoming guests and assisting with product selection
- Ensuring the store's cleanliness and visual appeal meet ONIBAR's standards
- Handling customer transactions efficiently and ensuring a smooth checkout experience
- Assisting in managing inventory and maintaining attractive product displays
- Creating a positive store atmosphere, embodying ONIBAR's commitment to hospitality
- Supporting the team in achieving sales goals through active product promotion
- Working closely with the Store Manager to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in food retail or a fast-paced consumer environment
- A passion for food and hospitality, with a customer-first attitude
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Organized and reliable, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in English and German
