Job Title: Services Project Engineer Brakes

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Services Project Engineer Brakes to join our team at Wabtec Corporation. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding technical matters
  • Serve as the interface between customers, internal technical partners, project management, and internal departments
  • Monitor adherence to project parameters
  • Coordinate and oversee international engineering networks and global manufacturing
  • Interface with adjacent departments, particularly production, quality, and technical sales
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
  • Desirable experience in System Engineering or Application Technology
  • Experience in the rail industry, particularly in brakes, is highly beneficial
  • Self-motivated and responsible work ethic, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong MS Office skills
