Job Description

As a Platform Lead openCode at Zentrum für Digitale Souveränität der Öffentlichen Verwaltung (ZenDiS) GmbH, you will play a key role in developing and implementing an open source strategy for the public sector. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the development of the openCode platform, which enables a secure and sovereign software supply chain for the public sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop an open source strategy for the public sector and lead the development of the openCode platform
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize open source projects and initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with open source communities and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with open source licensing and governance requirements
  • Provide training and support to public sector employees on open source software and governance
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in open source software development and governance
  • Strong understanding of open source licensing and governance requirements
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
