As part of the Process Excellence team, we advise financial service providers on analyzing, designing, and implementing optimization opportunities within their processes.
Your Responsibilities
If you are skeptical of the notion that "process optimization is easy," strengthen our Process Excellence team and contribute in the following ways:
- Provide consultancy on end-to-end process optimization.
- Lead digital process automation using platforms, workflows, and robotic process automation (RPA).
- Analyze and model processes to identify weaknesses and areas for improvement.
- Utilize modern tools, such as process mining, automation, and digitalization tools to facilitate your work.
- Be responsible for realizing cost savings and accelerating turnaround times or improving quality in both front-office and back-office processes.
- Develop creative and innovative solutions, incorporating modern fintech and robotics solutions into our clients' product processes.
- Establish process management frameworks (including KPIs and governance) for efficient and sustainable management of business processes.
- Design automated processes and oversee their implementation in IT.
- Act as a point of contact for clients and actively participate in the ongoing development of our services (business development) both internally and on-the-job.
- To become a Lead Consultant (m/f/d) in Process Automation & Optimization - Financial Services, you should possess a well-rounded degree in economics, humanities, or natural sciences (Bachelor or Master).
- You should have 2-3 years of professional experience in process consulting, process management, process modeling, process optimization, or digitalization strategies.
- Prior project experience in areas such as digitalization, data & analytics, artificial intelligence, automation, cloud computing, digital assets/blockchain, process modeling, or CRM is advantageous.
- Fluency in German and English is required; additional language skills are beneficial.
- A professional demeanor, strong willingness to learn and perform, as well as a team-oriented and service-minded approach are essential.
- You should possess analytical skills, a good grasp of complex issues, and the ability to present them succinctly.
- Willingness to travel is a plus.
