As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve this goal by leading the end-to-end recruitment process for niche and specialized roles in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

About the Role

As a key member of our Global Talent Acquisition team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of recruitment professionals in sourcing top talent for complex and difficult-to-hire roles. You'll analyze recruitment and business trends to provide expert solutions for finding top talent and make recommendations on recruitment processes, building talent pipelines, and driving differentiated recruitment approaches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high visibility with and influence assigned business leaders and HR members
  • Provide day-to-day management and direction of critical initiatives by leading a recruiting team
  • Collaborate with other GTA (Global Talent Acquisition) Managers to gain insight into business talent needs and stay current on regional best practices and issues
  • Run end-to-end recruitment for strategic/senior-level roles for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland and other EMEA Markets as needed
  • Manage and be responsible for the Hiring Leader relationship
  • Provide guidance to Hiring Leaders regarding available skills/talent in the market and salary offers
  • Ensure ATS information is up to date and follows regional regulations
  • Act as talent acquisition SME to advise and prioritize both local and global needs
  • Partner with CEG (Colleague Experience Group, HR) Operations to ensure alignment and delivery for cross-functional initiatives and successful day-to-day GTA delivery
  • Assess the overall effectiveness/impact of the internal and external GTA strategies, TA execution, and customer/candidate satisfaction

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills written and spoken in English and German, additional language beneficial
  • University degree (Bachelor or higher degree in economics or similar field, preferable with Human Resources focus) and 7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience across multiple talent segments
  • Understanding and knowledge of the talent and recruitment landscape in EMEA - primarily Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
  • Strong recruitment functional expertise with demonstrated experience in proactive sourcing passive talent for complex and difficult-to-hire roles
  • Proven track record leading and coordinating recruitment teams, coaching, and developing others
  • Experience using current TA technologies (CRM and ATS), job boards, and other talent attraction platforms
  • Experience operating independently as an individual contributor and leader in a complex HR/recruitment team
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience driving process optimization and continuous improvement in recruitment
  • Strategic outlook and ability to lead change and innovation
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to work across multiple levels of an organization and business lines
  • Ability to make logical decisions in a complex environment
