IT Project Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Project Assistant for IT projects / PMO. The ideal candidate will have successfully completed studies or commercial/technical training with further training in project management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting project teams in the organization of complex IT projects, creating and monitoring project plans, and documenting project progress. They will also coordinate project status with relevant departments internally and externally, create various project documents, and participate in resource planning and order coordination.

To be considered for this role, applicants should have quick comprehension, logical thinking, basic technical understanding, and conceptual and organizational skills. They should also be proficient in MS Office products and have initial experience with Jira.
