About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Team Lead to join our Performance Marketing team at Kaufland e-commerce. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team in the SEA (shopping) and price comparer area, driving strategic focus and continuous development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team in the SEA and price comparer area, driving strategic focus and continuous development
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve product data optimisation and shopping feed performance
  • Initiate and lead cross-team projects, focusing on automation and marketing technology
  • Drive team performance through performance reviews, complex analyses, and optimisations

Requirements:

  • Technical, scientific, or economics degree
  • Several years of experience in leadership and e-commerce settings
  • Proficiency in online marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Tableau, and PPC advertising tools
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills, with a strong understanding of mathematical and technical subjects
  • Working knowledge of SQL and JavaScript
  • Fluency in German or English, spoken and written
