Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Lead one or more software development projects in collaboration with a Tech Lead, taking responsibility for the entire project cycle from planning to completion.
  • Gather requirements, develop concepts, and translate them into applications that meet user needs in close coordination with our clients.
  • Utilize our proven Sidestream processes across all project phases and leverage the expertise of our internal specialists to efficiently manage projects.
  • Lead teams of 2-5 software developers and ensure project goals and quality standards are met.
  • Create and maintain tasks on GitHub, conduct functional reviews, and delve deep into technical aspects such as mastering the command line.
  • Mentor junior developers, conduct feedback sessions, and support their development.
Requirements
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar role, e.g., in a software development agency or digital consultancy.
  • Hands-on, organized, and strong communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of software products.
  • Optional: Previous experience as a software developer.
  • Very good German and English skills to communicate effectively with our entire team.
