Job Summary

LYNX Berlin is seeking a highly skilled IT Application Manager to lead the optimization of our ICT processes and policies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient processes, reviewing and updating system documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement ICT processes with a focus on Policy Lifecycle Management.
  • Review and update system documentation regularly to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain templates for internal use within the ICT department.
  • Ensure business continuity plans and system documentation are optimized and maintained.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • Experience in Process Design and Policy Lifecycle Management.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and system documentation.
  • Knowledge of ITIL v4 practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
