About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Nursing Service Manager to join our team at I. K. Hofmann GmbH. As a key member of our nursing service management team, you will be responsible for providing substitute support for the professional, organizational, and personnel management of various living areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure optimal care for the nursing and support of our residents
  • Conduct quality controls, plan and manage work processes
  • Ensure nursing quality and documentation
  • Collaborate closely with residents, family members, the care team, as well as cross-sectoral departments and service providers
  • Ensure personnel deployment, compensate for absences (due to illness or other reasons)
  • Represent the Nursing Service Management in their absence
Requirements
  • Completed training as a nursing professional (e.g. geriatric nurse, healthcare and nursing, or pediatric nurse)
  • A leadership-related further education of at least 460 hours according to §80 SGB XI
  • Assertive and customer-oriented demeanor
  • Several years of experience in managing nursing facilities and leading teams is desirable
  • Knowledge of quality management as well as handling legal framework conditions in nursing
  • Good IT skills
  • High level of social competence
