Senior Consultant Financial Instrument Accounting and Valuation

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Consultant mit Expertise in der Finanzinstrumenten-Bilanzierung und -bewertung, um unseren Bereich Finance & Risk & Compliance Services bei KPMG zu unterstützen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Als Senior Consultant übernimmst Du die fachliche Beratung von Industrie- und Handelskonzernen sowie Energieversorgern im Hinblick auf die korrekte Bilanzierung von (originären und derivativen) Finanzinstrumenten nach IFRS und HGB.
  • Du analysierst Verträge im Rohstoff- und Energiehandel und Strategien zur Preissicherung im Hinblick auf deren bilanzielle Abbildung.
  • Du beurteilst und entwickelst die Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation sowie die internen Kontrollsysteme im Treasury Accounting weiter.
  • Du berätst bei der Einführung von IT-Systemen für die Bewertung und Buchung von Finanztransaktionen und Du setzt die neuen Bilanzierungsstandards für Finanzinstrumente um.
  • Die bilanziellen Auswirkungen von Methoden und Prozessen im Corporate Treasury sowie Deine Mitwirkung als ExpertIn im Rahmen der Abschlussprüfung des Derivategeschäfts bei internationalen Konzernen runden Deine Aufgaben ab.
Dein Profil
  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsmathematik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Finance & Accounting.
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Corporate Treasury, im Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld oder im Bereich der Abschlussprüfung.
  • Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung von Finanzinstrumenten (IAS 32 & 39, IFRS 7, IFRS 9) und deren finanzmathematischen Bewertung sowie praktische Erfahrung in der Bilanzierung und Bewertung von Finanzinstrumenten bei einem Industrieunternehmen.
  • Solide Kenntnisse in der Buchführung und Konzernrechnungslegung und gute Kenntnisse in der Finanzmathematik und Statistik.
  • Der sichere Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
  • Reisebereitschaft, um unsere Kunden auch vor Ort beraten zu können.
  • Deine analytischen Fähigkeiten, hohe Leistungs- und Lernbereitschaft, Kommunikationsstärke sowie Team- und Dienstleistungsorientierung.
