Senior Project Manager for Energy Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our energy infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the technical planning and execution of high-voltage transmission lines.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project strategies for planning, execution, and procurement of technical reports and services
- Ensure quality control for the planning of high-voltage transmission lines in accordance with NABEG procedures
- Develop and manage tender strategies, and ensure the creation of high-quality tender documents and contracts
- Active project management to achieve project goals (cost, time, quality, HSE), identify and implement acceleration potential, and minimize risks through preventive and curative measures
- Define project management requirements and develop internal project management standards
- Manage the interface between the routing team and other key packages as part of the broader cable project team
- Completed studies in a relevant field such as surveying, geology, geophysics, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or economics
- Proven experience in managing projects for the planning and execution of onshore infrastructure projects (preferably high-voltage transmission lines and pipelines, including their stations)
- Technical knowledge of onshore cable construction and experience working with regulatory authorities
- Project management experience and knowledge of project management methods, as well as experience in leading interdisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level) in both spoken and written form
- Desirable: certification in project management or equivalent qualifications, as well as knowledge of project management tools (e.g. MS Project) and SAP
