About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Service Manager to join our team. As a Cloud Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our cloud-based services, ensuring seamless integration with our clients' existing systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement cloud-based services and solutions that meet the needs of our clients and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure and services to ensure maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cloud computing and IT service management.
  • Strong technical skills, including cloud infrastructure, software as a service, and IT operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
